Card Access

We strive to provide a safe environment for our tenants and their employees and guests. Blue Sky Center is open to tenants at all times but public access to the Amenity Center and common areas of multi-tenant buildings is controlled by  the Landlord card access system. Each Tenant will be provided card access to the Amenity Center, and, if they reside in a multi-tenant building, card access for the building they occupy.

The Amenity Center is open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and requires card access outside of these hours, the multi-tenant buildings are open during normal business hours from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Card access is required for after-hours and weekends.

Tenants shall be solely responsible for providing and maintaining their own access system for their leased space. Neither Nordblom Management Company, Inc., nor any of its representatives, shall hold any access cards or keys to any Tenant spaces. Each Tenant is required to submit one access card or key to their space for the Town of Burlington Fire Department to store at the Knox Box located at the main entrance to each building for emergency access.

Security

Nordblom Management Company contracts with a professional licensed security services company to provide regular patrols of the Blue Sky Center campus at night, and on weekends. Patrols are conducted at random intervals. The purpose of the patrols is to check on suspicious vehicles and external signs of trouble such as smoke, flooding or vandalism and to ensure that exterior doors of the buildings are locked after normal business hours. These patrols are not meant to assure individual security to every tenant space. A common area electronic access system is in place for the Amenity Center, as well as all multi-tenanted buildings.
